We offer two shipping options:

• Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch. Shipping fee: £12.95.
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50, shipped via EMS. Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch.

We offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process within 15 days of you receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same pristine condition as when delivered.

Due to their exceptionally sharp edges and hygiene considerations, the following products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:

• Forks

Please inspect these items immediately upon delivery.

5.3 Returns Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

2. Await authorization and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
3. Securely pack the item in its original packaging with a copy of your order confirmation
4. Ship the package to the address we provide using a tracked and insured service
