We are proud to ship our products worldwide (excluding Asia and certain remote regions).

Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a notification email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times:

  • Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx.
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch.
    • Shipping fee: £12.95.
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50, shipped via EMS.
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process within 15 days of you receiving your order.

Important Note on Non-Returnable Items:

Due to their exceptionally sharp edges and hygiene considerations, the following products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Individual knives and knife sets (e.g., 2 or 3pc knife sets, Aogami Blue/Super, Ginsan, Global, Hayabusa HAP40, Hyomon White)
  • Ceramic Water Sharpeners
  • Diamond Sharpening Steels

Please inspect these items immediately upon delivery.

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same pristine condition as when it was delivered.

The Returns & Exchanges Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Within the 15-day window, email us at [email protected]. Use the template provided below to ensure we have all necessary information.
  2. Await Authorization: Our customer service team will review your request. If approved, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. Do not send any items back without an RMA number.
  3. Pack and Ship: Securely pack the item in its original packaging. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip. Ship the package to the address we provide using a tracked and insured shipping service. The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrect due to our error.
  4. Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your exchange or refund. You will receive an email notification confirming the action.

Refund Timelines and Methods

We aim to process refunds with the same efficiency we apply to our sharpening techniques.

  • Timeline: Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of us receiving and approving your return.
  • Method: The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to be fully reflected in your account.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
