Our Returns & Exchanges Policy
We gladly accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of you receiving your order. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same pristine condition as when it was delivered to you.

The Returns & Exchanges Process
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps carefully:
- Contact Us: Within the 15-day window, please email us at [email protected]. Use the template provided below to ensure we receive all necessary information to process your request quickly.
- Await Authorization: Our customer service team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to send the item. Please do not send any items back without an RMA number.
- Pack and Ship: Securely pack the item in its original packaging. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip. Ship the package to the address we provide, using a tracked and insured shipping service. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrect due to our error.
- Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your exchange or refund. You will receive an email notification confirming the action.
Refund Timelines and Methods
We aim to process refunds promptly, reflecting the efficiency we apply to our sharpening techniques.
- Timeline: Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of us receiving and approving your return.
- Method: The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).

Damaged or Incorrect Items
