Michel Roux Jr asked Global Knives to create a wedding knife for his daughter’s wedding. Global Knives said the minimum order was a dozen knives so 2 were given to the Roux family and there were another 10 remaining. These rare knives are now available to purchase from knives from Japan’s website and there will not be any further stock for them in the future. Which makes it a great collectors item or perhaps it could be used by an wedding events organiser.
